Installation & Commissioning Engineer – Rendering Industry

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Supervise and coordinate the on-site installation of rendering equipment, strictly follow project schedules and all safety specifications.
  • 2. Take charge of full commissioning work, including pre-commissioning inspection, functional test and whole-line performance acceptance.
  • 3. Troubleshoot and eliminate mechanical, electrical and process faults occurring during installation and commissioning.
  • 4. Provide one-on-one practical operation training for customer operators and maintenance staff.
  • 5. Communicate with project managers, design teams and clients to guarantee smooth project handover.
  • 6. Compile official commissioning reports, site technical files and as-built drawings & records.
  • 7. Provide technical support for after-sales maintenance and warranty maintenance as needed.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 1. College diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering.
  • 2. At least 5 years of full-cycle on-site installation and commissioning experience for industrial equipment; candidates with rendering, food or chemical plant experience are prioritized.
  • 3. **Mandatory requirement: Must have hands-on on-site installation and commissioning experience of HAARSLEV rendering equipment; relevant working experience with MAVITEC equipment is a major plus.**
  • 4. Solid professional knowledge of mechanical structures, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as basic electrical control principles.
  • 5. Capable of reading and understanding mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams and all technical specifications.
  • 6. Familiar with PLC control systems and fault diagnosis tools is an advantage.
  • 7. Proven capability to manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
  • 8. Excellent troubleshooting ability, capable of long-term field work under tight schedules and tough working conditions.
  • 9. Ready for long-term business trips to various project sites across Russia.

Electrical Engineer – Rendering Industry

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Design and develop complete electrical control systems for rendering lines, including MCC (Motor Control Centres), PLC cabinets and field instrument automatic control systems.
  • 2. Draw electrical schematic diagrams and equipment wiring diagrams, and compile cable schedule lists.
  • 3. Select and technically calibrate electrical components, sensors and control instruments in accordance with harsh on-site industrial working conditions.
  • 4. Provide on-site technical support during equipment installation and overall commissioning; troubleshoot electrical faults and conduct joint commissioning of the whole system.
  • 5. Ensure all electrical designs strictly comply with international standards, client technical specifications and local electrical codes of Russia.
  • 6. Cooperate with mechanical and process engineers to optimize production line performance and long-term operational stability.

  • 2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial electrical engineering; candidates with project experience in animal rendering, food processing or chemical industries are preferred.
  • 3. **Mandatory: Must possess hands-on electrical design and commissioning experience with HAARSLEV rendering equipment; experience with MAVITEC is a bonus.**
  • 4. Proficient in PLC programming of mainstream brands such as Siemens and Allen Bradley; skilled in HMI configuration and variable frequency drive commissioning.
  • 5. Skilled in professional electrical design software including AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
  • 6. Familiar with hazardous area classification standards and ATEX explosion-proof specifications is a plus.
  • 7. Strong problem-solving capabilities and able to work under tight project schedules.
  • 8. Available to travel and stay at project sites all over Russia for commissioning work.

  • 3. Complete system docking and integration with third-party process equipment; **mandatory to conduct software adaptation for HAARSLEV rendering equipment**, with MAVITEC equipment integration experience as a bonus.

  • 4. Skilled in PLC programming based on Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, Allen Bradley and other mainstream platforms.
  • 5. Rich practical experience in SCADA (WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition etc.) and full HMI project development.
  • 6. In-depth command of mainstream industrial communication protocols including Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA.
  • 7. Capable of SQL database setup and industrial big data sorting & analysis.
  • 8. Familiar with Git version control and standardized industrial software development workflows.
  • 9. Basic awareness of industrial control system cybersecurity standards is an advantage.
  • 10. Outstanding logical analysis and cross-team communication capabilities.
  • 11. Ready to travel to project sites all over Russia for commissioning and technical support work.
