Feather Press is a type of printing press that uses a feather to apply ink to paper. The feather is dipped in ink and then used to make marks on the paper, similar to the way a quill pen is used. Feather presses were used in the past as a form of printing, but they have been largely replaced by modern printing technologies.

Structural Characteristics

The machine is stable and compact without vibration during operation. The screw blades of the host machine are surrounded by cones, forming a double compression ratio of blade pitch and height. The extruded materials are compressed forward. The water is discharged from the permeable shell embedded with perforated sieve plates. The dehydrated materials are discharged through the outlet. The seepage wall shell and sieve plate adopt split bolt fastening structure, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. The feed inlet and the lower part of the seepage wall are equipped with a water collecting bucket and a drainage pipe orifice for the convenience of washing water recovery. The conical variable pitch screw blade spindle runs at low speed. During the extrusion process, the volume of material shrinks section by section, and the accumulated water is fully discharged to form an ideal state of loose and low water content. The equipment is small in size and easy to operate and maintain.
