In animal fat recovery lines, the fatty sludge from the screw press often carries large lumps and fine solids. Fed directly into a decanter centrifuge, it not only increases the separation load but also accelerates wear on the equipment. Inclined screening, smooth fat flow. The unit uses an inclined vibrating screen, driven by a motor to vibrate continuously.Solids are caught by the screen surface and discharged through the solid outlet, while the fat passes through and falls into the fat collector tray below.One machine completes de-slagging, oil recovery and separation at the same time.

Relieves the centrifuge. Installed upstream of the decanter centrifuge, it significantly reduces the solid load fed to the downstream centrifuge,lowering its processing burden and wear, extending equipment life and making the whole line more durable.

Easier pumping. With large solids removed, the material is much easier to pump, reducing the risk of pipe blockage and pump starvation — smoother and more reliable production.

Easy to maintain and install. The top of the unit acts as a lid for easy inspection and cleaning. The screen can be replaced easily without tools, and screens with different mesh sizes let you adapt to different fat streams. The compact design fits easily into tight spaces.
